CMPBS co-director Gail Vittori served as 2009 chair of the US Green Building Council’s Board of Directors. She introduces her fellow board members and USGBC staff and discusses her experience as chair of the board.

CMPBS co-director presented at the 2008 Healthcare Design Conference in November 2008. Gail discussed Updates to LEED for Healthcare.

CMPBS Co-Director will participate in a panel discussion about Green Healthcare at the chapter meeting of the USGBC Middle Tennessee Chapter. Other panelists include Kim Shinn of TLC Engineering for Architecture, James Moler of Turner Construction, and Brian Weldy, of Hospital Corporation of America.

The panel discussion will take place on Friday, June 25, 2010 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Adventure Science Center in Nashville, Tennessee. CMPBS co-director Pliny Fisk will present a one day lecture/workshop to students at the Ecosa Institute in Prescott, Arizona. The Ecosa Institute’s mission is “to restore health to the natural environment, and thus the human environment, through education in design.” Pliny has presented lectures to Ecosa for over five years.
