Pliny and Gail contributed to the Texas Monthly Brainstorm, “Eighty-two various and visionary ideas for how to make Texas a better place” for a web exclusive for the May issue of Texas Monthly Magazine. Pliny and Gail discuss ProtoScope’s potential for establishing a more sustainable future for Texas’ coastal regions in “Build Global Partnerships.” Fifty four other ideas are printed in the May 2009 issue of Texas Monthly and twenty eight additional ideas including Gail and Pliny’s words are available at on the Texas Monthly website.
